Woodcut Prints

My first woodcuts prints were done in 1964 when I was a student at the
University of Minnesota. My sense of the spiritual, the inner hidden reality
of existence, was slowly rising into my consciousness awareness and
these symmetrical absorbing spaces came to express this changing sense
of life; this sense that living things are part of a greater, fuller and deeper
process and expression.
