SPIRITUAL CONVERSATIONS
Note:

This poem is written for you to say to yourself and as your SELF.
The written “I” form is usually read as “you” as when you read in a letter from your
friend, “I went to the store yesterday.”  The writer is talking about their activity, but I
didn’t want to present the poem in the “you” or second person form as if you are
narrating it to someone else, but again, as a personal affirmation that you make to
yourself as Yourself.  So please read and listen to it that way: as if you are the speaker
and not the listener.

Thanks,

I AM THE PERFECTION

I am the perfection of life
Total, complete, and whole.
I am vast, boundless, and
limitless,
I contain all that is,
All that has been,
All that can become
In the fullness
Of this present moment.

I am endless transformation
The creative essence,
The substance of form,
The ocean of all possibilities.
The infinitely large,
And the infinitely small,
Swirl within me.

I contain all moments,
Minutes, hours, and seconds,
Yet I am timeless, eternal
And beyond measure.

I am always together
Yet I appear to live apart,
I am one body
Yet I cannot be touched,
I am one mind,
Yet thoughts
Cannot contain me.

I feel emotions,
Yet pleasure and pain,
Vanish in my complete Bliss.
I am sight, light, and eye,
Yet I cannot be described.
All that is I am
All that is I am

All that is I am
You and I,
I and You,

No difference,
No other,
One Life,
Is All
I Am.
