SPIRITUAL CONVERSATIONS ONE

L.E: For your consideration:

Everything in this infinite universe is perfect, connected and correct.
There are no mistakes or errors. It's easy to see this in every part of life,
the plants, the fishes, the other animals, but most don't want to accept
this about ourselves as humans.
Observe this perfection in every aspect of the natural world, and then
include yourself, and your confusion will vanish.
In making an exception of yourself, you create all your suffering, which is
also perfect in its own way.
If you ring the "division bell" you will suffer, and if "you have a cross to
bear," you will suffer.
Just include yourself in the perfection of life and your sense of things will
change.
The self-reflective consciousness we have, we create, is the root of our
ego, our sense of self, and as a result, we are aware of pleasure and pain.
If you choose a silent, non-verbal meditation, you can relax this
ego-self-consciousness until it is reduced, and totally disappears for a
few minutes at first, and then for longer periods.
As it diminishes, we become integrated into the perfect flow of existence
and experience an enlightened, or so-called god-conscious sense, full of
inner peace.
So, whether you are experiencing a painful or peaceful life, you are still
within the All-Life-Being that is perfect and a harmony of togetherness,
oneness and unity.
When you can get to this point of accepting everything as perfect, you
will have the choice to do whatever you want, in perfect freedom.
And just remember, as you embrace more and more, you will become
more and more, and you will change, and your choices and actions will
more and more be based on love in its many shapes, forms, and
expressions.

A: I think the desire for food, clothing and shelter is the root cause of
the problem, because it is the beginning of separation from "God",

L.E.: There is no separation. Never was, never will be. There is only
the present here and now existence that is perfect and complete. When
you can see the truth of this, your perception of yourself and life with
change. To the extent you insist this is not true, you will continue to
suffer.
H: *You are consciousness.* I don't know how many ways a guru can
repeat that. This is the simplicity of self knowledge.

L.E:  All humans share the same consciousness, the same intelligence
is looking out of all eyes, and is sharing all the feelings everybody has.
All life is consciousness to the degree it embodies it.
Form is the outer expression of consciousness that appears within the
relative.
W: There is no consciousness which is the same. Every
consciousness is unique and absolutely personal. No single human
shares the consciousness of or with another. You are your
consciousness and I am mine, and both are total  different.

L.E: Personality is different, consciousness is the same. One
consciousness is looking out of all eyes, strange as it may seem. You
see it your way. I see it my way. Yet both ways connect to the same
One Life Being.
P: Do you believe consciousness is an essence, or it's as Maharaj
calls it the product of the food body?

L.E: First, I have a problem with belief statements. A belief is a guess
and I'd rather not guess. I can see why he says that but the food body
and the inner body, the consciousness, are one body, and
everybody's food body is part of the same consciousness within this
manifested existence. It's all quite marvelous and strange: way
beyond words.
Essence versus non-essence is just a way to talk about things.
There is no division, actually.
In a message dated 12/18/2005 3:29:38 PM Pacific Standard Time,

W: No Larry,
That is all romantic nonsense.
Consciousness is its content, without content no consciousness. And
you are your content and I am my content and we don't look through
the same eyes and life is not consciousness - that’s all b.s.
Wake up from your science fiction romance, Larry

L.E:  W, it's not a romantic fantasy, it's my experience.
Consciousness has no content. It is the Infinite Self peering through,
having it's experience as us, and all living and non-living forms.
See it your own way as you prefer. There's room for every point of
view.
S: In my line of work I encounter more than a few unconscious,
unintelligent and unfeeling humans on a daily basis. They have about
as much effect on me as holding a new age quartz crystal in my hand
does. None that I can perceive.

LE: Remember, every living being, every life, has a heritage that goes
all the way back to the beginning of life on this planet. The so-called
non-living stuff goes back even further, even 2.5 billions of years. You
are being too critical of living things, beings.
That a human can talk at all is sort of a miracle. They may look or act
unconscious, and unintelligent, and unfeeling, but that is only the
external appearance. That is the role or part the Infinite Life Being is
playing out as who they are, just as the who you are. You wouldn't be
here at all if it weren't for them who create the mass of human flesh
out of which you arise.
You are standing on the shoulders of that dull flesh, so to speak. Back
before there was you, the intelligent, the perceptive, there were your
ancestors, the brutish, the ignorant, the dark mass of humans who
could hardly speak a word 100,000 years agao, or 200,000 years ago.
Only because they lived, do you live. And this mass of human flesh
that lives, but does not think very well, is still here although changed,
just as your ancestor line has changed. You have come out of them,
they are you, so perhaps a bit of kindness and charity is needed here,
rather than superiority and arrogance.
And some of their children may be smarter and more intelligent that
you.
You are like the genius whose parents are ignorant and uneducated,
and rough in their manners, and who is ashamed of his ancestry, his
parents, and denies his parentage and says, " I did not come out of
them, I am above them, I do not accept them." "They are nothing, but I,
I, am something great."
You know, some people place very high value on crystals to
transform human energy, although I do not, but to compare people to
crystals is perhaps giving them more value than you think they
deserve.
All and any contemporary human is more conscious and aware than a
rock or a tree, or a dog, or a monkey even though you may not agree
since you compare them to a crystal which is a rock or stone. So
obviously you are exaggerating.
And you are using the word "consciousness" in a different sense than
I am. Just imagine being one of these people and looking out of their
eyes. What is going on? Is there some basic difference between you
and them in the perception of experience?  Who is looking out? The
superior versus the lesser? How is your experience of eating a bowl
of rice when you are hungry different from theirs? And when you are
having sex? Is your sexual experience more profound, deeper, more
intelligent than theirs? When you are sick, and your nose is dripping
with snot, is your discomfort more than theirs?
It is One Being looking out from all eyes, from all the senses of all
beings and non-beings.
All humans and others are like the fingers of a hand, separate at the
ends, and joined at the root. Everything is like that, separate in
appearance, and joined at the root, and it is the One Life Being who is
experiencing all of this, here and now and everywhere, strange and
impossible as it may seem.
And why do you object so strongly? If I have that fantasy, that sense,
that point of view, that pointless point of view, what difference does it
make to you? Why do you even bother with this idea?
Let it be, let me be to go my own way? What is your concern if I am
dumb, blind or ignorant? Perhaps I am just another of the unconscious,
unintelligent, and unfeeling persons you see everyday and look down
in your superior arrogance.
Do you offer them any help or advice or assistance, or do you just
sneer at them and walk by, and are you sneering at me in my
ignorance as well?

To Call It One

To call it One is
One to many,
To call it nothing,
Minimizes its importance,
To say it is in me,
Implies it is not outside,
To say it comes from somewhere,
Says it is not here,
To say it has a beginning,
Makes it appear to have an ending,
To think it will come,
Implies it has not arrived,
To search for it,
Implies it is hidden,
To wait for it,
Implies it exists in time.

To try to describe it is futile,
It has no edges,
You cannot catch it,
You cannot find it,
You cannot see it,
You can only
Be It.
